Could cyl 1's coil still be good (I kept it, just in case) and I should put that in cyl 4? The head gasket was replaced in April and the spark plugs were all changed in November.

P0301 cyl 1, P0300 Random/multiple (one stored, one pending), P0304 cyl 4. O'Reilly only had one so I went ahead and replaced the one in cylinder 1. (cylinders 2, 4, and 6 are easy to get to so I figured I'd just wait and see what happens.)

None have came on at the same exact same time since I’ll try and fix something and I reset the codes but they eventually return. I changed the spark plug wires and spark plugs at 178,400 miles with the NGK wires and NGK G-power platinums spark plugs last year in July.

Seems unlikely. • After 15 minutes of idling the ECU finally lit the CEL and stored 3 codes: P0300, P0301 & P0303 plus still pending P1399. I need HELP for next step!

No other codes now but have seen P0300 to P0304 when the problem started. Runs and drives well warming up, but once the idle comes down to 735 RPM, we get sporadic misfires, maybe 40 per minute, very random in groups of 2 or 3 even 5 in succession.
