Any ideas what else I can test what could be causing the issue before I start tearing the entire wiring harness apart? From what I've already traced, the wiring looked fine.

At one point the bank 2 sensor was stuck at .9v which is why I'm assuming it was rich. Any ideas what else I can test what could be causing the issue before I start tearing the entire wiring harness apart?

The heater is getting a constant 12v of power from the harness. I'm still curious about the resistance between heater wires on the harness side.

I'm still curious about the resistance between heater wires on the harness side. I feel like it should not be reading 14 to 18ohms.
