I have around $300, but plan on putting it in HOPEFULLY overnight or tomorrow by myself. i dumped all my savings into this damn vacation. Do you know what year trannys i can put in my truck? i believe i found a post for a 2wd 1993 b3000, and trannys from 88-99 worked, or something like that.

1994 B3000/Ranger fuel sending unit - identify rubber line cap thingy- What is this thing (circled in red) and is it suppose to be split at the tip? Can't see spending $80-90 on a whole sending unit just for this little thing being bad.

Another one said $50.00 but didn't have a usable one, same problem as mine. The 3rd and last one (25 miles from me) said they probably have one but I would have to come look myself and then they would pull it if it hasn't been pulled already.

I have a 98 that I have owned for many years and it has recently been involved in a rear end collision. I bought a mint 2000 b3000 from a salvage yard untouched for $300 with a locked up engine.

The area that holds the fuel lines, the ring/retaining device, was completely rotted away and there appears to be no reasonable way to repair it. I have checked 5 local (Massachusetts) junk yards so far and 2 of them punch a hole in the bottom of the tank to drain it when they come in.

In fact, I'll be even more painfully honest and share, ....I'm a 1st Gen 4Runner Collector/Restorer.... And, well, aside from those and plenty of Classic American Cars I've done....

2003 Mazda b3000- upper ball joint issue Upon looking up prices thru a couple of different parts stores, a gentleman began to explain how in order to replace my upper ball joints (due to my tortion bar setup) that I would need to order the upper control arms in addition!!
