I reset the codes after sticking my hand down there until I changed the hissing noise and sealed it with dabs of gasket sealer. Leak is permanent about 1000 miles ago.

I just got P0171 P0174 again (2003 ES300 108k), I got the code a few months ago - replaced the mass airflow sensor. Have not driven the car much in last few months and the codes just came up again.
