P0171 on 2010 TOYOTA 4Runner

“Cranks probably 4 or 5 times longer than usual before starting. And then a system too lean bank 1 code popped off.....looking at the live data it's running closed loop on the fuel system anytime there is a load on the engine but it's running open loop whenever it's at idle or foot to the mat like up a hill or something.”
